The proposal at Nota Blu Madrid, led by executive chef Fabián Cangas, is a reflection of a career spanning more than two decades dedicated to high gastronomy. Trained between Argentina and Spain, and based in Marbella for over 20 years, his cuisine is the result of constant evolution marked by passion, technique, and sensibility.
